New Yacht Sails
Every yacht sail we produce is digitally designed using our in-house CAD system and manufactured at our Lincolnshire workshop. We build sails for yachts of all sizes, from coastal day boats to offshore cruisers and racing yachts. Our range covers mainsails, genoas, jibs, furling headsails, spinnakers, asymmetric kites, code sails and cruising chutes.
Because we handle the entire process ourselves, from design through to the finished sail, we can accommodate custom requirements, work to specific rig dimensions and keep turnaround times reasonable. We use quality woven polyester and laminate cloths, and we are always happy to talk through the options so you can make an informed choice about materials and design.
Yacht Sail Repairs
Our repair service runs on a weekly cycle with fast turnaround to keep you on the water. We carry out repairs on yacht sails of all sizes and types, from small day boat sails to large offshore mainsails and genoas. Our large long arm sewing machine gives us the capacity to handle virtually any weight and size of sail.
Repairs we regularly carry out include UV strip renewal, panel replacement, batten pocket work, leech line replacement, eyelet pressing, reef point installation, window renewal and sails cut down to suit different rigs. For smaller jobs, we can often offer a same-day or while-you-wait service by prior arrangement.
Canvas Work
